About Us
With a cumulative experience of over 150 years, our team operates from our office and warehouse in Carroll, Ohio. We are experts in commercial new construction, remodeling, and tenant fit-outs, in addition to offering comprehensive commercial and residential service and repair. Our dedication lies in providing high-quality service, aimed at ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
I set out on my own on February 21, 2017, the day I received my Ohio plumbing license. Since then, we've grown from my garage, where it all started, to an office/warehouse in Carroll, Ohio. Initially, my focus was on residential remodel work and service. Over time, the jobs progressively got larger, and the company expanded. Our first significant project was an apartment development in Lancaster, Ohio. We successfully assisted the developer in completing a project that another plumbing contractor had started. Our effectiveness in solving all the problems and finishing the project on time propelled us to move into our office/warehouse in Carroll, Ohio.
Since then, we have branched out into commercial new construction/remodel/tenant fit-outs, along with commercial and residential service & repair. I learned the trade from a group of excellent guys, some of whom have now joined me at All-Star.
The goal was to create a company that was great to work for, filled with people who are great to work with. I've always believed that if I take good care of my employees, they will, in turn, take good care of our customers.
